What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a treatment to help the brain regulate itself and increase the flexibility of its brainwaves. The brain is given the opportunity to do this by playing video exercises only with its brainwaves. With better flexibility, comes better performance in many areas including attention, learning, memory performance and mood.

No, San Diego Neurofeedback does not accept insurance for service.

How many treatments does it take to see results?

Each client is unique; however, it can take on average 20-40 sessions at a rate of two times per week to see results.
